Meet the team

  • My approach to counseling is strength-focused, warm, and interactive. My professional background is diverse in working with populations such as adolescents, military families, LGBTQ, and parents, from diverse cultural backgrounds. I practice with intent to help clients gain direction and clarity that I feel each client has the ability to access. I operate within the understanding that each individual is worthy of having a place where they feel safe and important, while visiting struggles and internal questions.

  • Ginger’s strengths lie in working with people going through life transitions. She takes a strengths-based, client-centered approach in her work. She provides couples therapy based on the Gottman Method and has an interest in empowering the LGBTQIA+ community, especially in helping parents provide a gender affirming environment for their kids. She has a background in new parent support and attachment parenting.

  • My experience includes supporting clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, grief, substance abuse, and through stressful life transitions. I have worked with adolescents, adults, individuals with disabilities, active duty members, and veterans. I am skilled in crisis intervention and addressing suicidal ideation. I’m passionate about creating a safe space to allow clients to speak freely without fear of judgement, and to empower you to attain your goals. My approach values the importance of seeing a person as a part of their environment, and spotlighting those strengths to help you make the change you want to see. My goal is to help clients feel heard and supported in their therapeutic journey.

  • I have experience working with adolescents, adults, families, and people who have experienced domestic violence and/or sexual assault. I connect with people through therapy, group facilitation, and case management. My experience has been in both crisis response work and long-term care management. I believe deeply that the therapeutic relationship is built on trust and consistency. My goal is to empower and uplift people to help them reach their unique and personal goals.

  • Victoria offers psychotherapy services with a particular focus on couples counseling, drawing on Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman Method interventions. Victoria is deeply committed to providing individual counseling to individuals grappling with issues such as problem drinking, trauma recovery, LGBTQ+ concerns, and those with strong international ties. She is also a skilled interfaith/interreligious chaplain who integrates spiritual perspectives to support the emotional well-being and balance of her individual and couples clients. Victoria welcomes discussions on topics related to aging, loss, and grief.

  • I have experience in therapy, case management and education. I have worked with children, families, and adults.

    My practice in therapy includes combinations of client-centered approaches and strengths perspectives. Psychodynamic theories and artistic centered approaches to help individual needs. My therapeutic goal is to create a safe space with unconditional positive regard and work to help understand what leads you to seek support and grow as an individual through life.

  • My name is Natalina Vélez and I am a AuDHD queer person of color and I’m thrilled to be on this journey with you. My approach to not only therapy but also building connections with people is through a deep understanding for empathy, accountability, and harm reduction. I have built my life around being a restorative justice practitioner with a love for social justice and creating safe and affirming spaces that are built on consent and trust.

I provide hands on Clinical Supervision for LCSW candidates in a warm and supportive learning environment. My goal is to help you grow as a therapist and I will provide you with practical feedback to improve your sessions.

You will be a part of a diverse and engaged team, that you will learn and grow with, making the process that much more enjoyable . My supervision will help you acquire the confidence and the skills needed to put your training into use.
